• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 4 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 9 and 15 days.

• What kind of paper is used for the prints?

  - For the smallest print size to A4 we use cover stock paper. (premium quality and very thick).

  - For A3 and 12x18 inches print we use 170g coated paper ( premium quality, still heavy, but it's less rigid than cover paper).

  - For bigger prints we use premium quality photographic paper.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We ship worldwide!

  Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
